Thank you very much to everyone who came and supported the Annual Mary McGrath table quiz on Thursday the 29th of March in The Pound. It was a very successful night with 14 tables taking part. Thank you to those who donated raffle prizes, sandwiches, buns and scones. Also, thank you to those who helped on the night and a huge thank you to the McGrath family as always, quiz master Billy Neary and our correctors Anne Murphy and Siobhan O’Brien.
Well done to our winners and runners-up and also to our raffle winners.
The winners of the quiz were Michelle O’Regan, Annette Wall, Philomena Brennan and Gabriel Wall. 2nd place went to Sarah Ging, Áine Fitzpatrick and Niamh Hoyne. A team was also picked at random on the night and this prize went to Ellen Murphy, Cian Murphy & Aoife Murphy.
