The annual Mary McGrath table quiz took place on Holy Thursday night 2nd April in The Pound Ballycallan. A very successful night was enjoyed by everyone!
Thank you to the McGraths for use of the premises and providing the refreshments. Thank you to our quiz master Billy Neary and all of those who donated raffle prizes and helped out on the night.
Winners of the quiz were Vinny O’Halloran, Vinny Dunne, Patricia O’Halloran and Michelle Dunne who each received a breakfast hamper. Second place went to Laureena Murphy, Kieran Kennedy, Amy O’Connor and Ann-Marie O’Brien who each went home with an Avonmore hamper. The table spot prize went to Sean Casey, Mary East, Mary McCluskey and Betty Gaworagh.
